Reservation Policy, Cancellations and date changes
BOOKING CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF RESERVATIONS
To reserve an activity it will be necessary to pay at least 20% of the total of the reserved activity. Payment can be made through bank transfer or bank deposit into our account.
-You have up to 3 calendar days from the day after the reservation of your product to cancel the reservation with a refund of 100% of the amount, unless the particular conditions of the offer establish other conditions.
If the date of the reserved activity is less than 7 days from the moment of the reservation, its cancellation will have a cost of 20% of the reservation.
-For discounted reservations (any price lower than that indicated on the website), cancellation will have a cost of 20% of the total reservation.
-Once the cancellation period of 3 days after the reservation has passed, the cancellation or change of the reservation will be free of charge up to 30 calendar days before the date of the reserved activity, with 100% of the reservation being returned in case of cancellation and The change of reservation date is free.
-Once within 30 calendar days before the date of the activity, the reservation cancellation cost will be 20% of the total reservation.
-In the case of booking an activity with a “Gift Voucher”, there will be a period of 6 months to carry out the activity, after checking availability.
You can change the date of the activity as many times as you wish if there are more than 7 days left until the set date.
-Any activity may be subject to cancellation or postponement by AVENTURICAS MURCIA, up to 24 hours before the activity, due to bad weather conditions or any external factor that makes it difficult to carry out the reserved activity or we estimate that it cannot be done under the conditions of optimal security.
In this case, the client can choose a new date to carry out the activity (postponement) or request a 100% refund of the reservation (cancellation).
