A: Introduction to sport, theoretical concepts and Kite setup.
B: Safety aspects, Kite fly zone and wind awareness.
C: Launching and landing the Kite onshore assisted and relaunch in water.

E: Demonstration and on hand practice of the safety systems.
F: Self rescue technique
G: Water Start theory.
H: Board recovery.
I: Water start practice.
For stage three, stage one and two are required or previous experience in kiting is needed.
